In general, the appliances are already supplied with it. Normally, it only needs to be topped up when the cooling capacity decreases noticeably, which usually takes several years. We do not sell this type of coolant ourselves, so I would ask a specialist retailer.

We bought the air conditioner last week and are currently on the road at almost 50°C on the Cote A'Zur. We did everything right, the air conditioner works great. The wall can be up to 10 cm thick, no tools required for installation. Very easy to install for normal caravans, motorhomes, vans etc.

Hello AfroDieter, the unit should not be sold otherwise. The power supply and operation is done via the unit inside. I had bought the unit but returned it. The product description is wrong, although I reported this. It cannot cool rooms up to 16m2, but only rooms up to 16m3. With a room height of 2m, that's still 8m2 of space. At most, it will only work in a very small caravan. Many greetings Geri

According to our enquiry with the manufacturer, the AC24 from Eurom does not need an energy efficiency label at all. Therefore, it is not possible for us to answer this. We have forwarded the question to our community and hope that a user can provide input on this.

The dimensions of the connection hose are (approx): Width: 5.6 cm Height: 1.2 cm According to my estimation, the hole should be at least 6 cm wide and about 1.8 cm high. Please note: The hose length of 1m is relatively short and the hose cannot be removed, it is 'fixed' to the indoor and outdoor unit!

Yes, you can! You must remember that: -The outdoor unit must be able to drain the condensation water (hose). -The connecting hoses prevent the door or window from closing completely. (danger during rain) -The cooling capacity is sufficient for a normal room. (Tested by myself). Good luck ! Greetings Rolf
