Questions about Eureka Mignon Perfetto Silent

I have been using this grinder for a full year now and my grind settings are completely off. I must be in the far "turkish" area to get something close to espresso grind. I read online that changing burrs could solve the problem but it seems impossible to find a replacement set of burrs, even through Eureka themselves. Did someone encounter the same issue or know a place to get a fresh set of burrs ? Thank you for your help.

I am very satisfied with this grinder for espresso. However, I cannot brew a good v60. Is it possible that this grinder produces a lot of fines? Even on the coarsest setting, the v60 (with Hario 02 paper) takes forever. Unfortunately, there is not much to find about this exact model on the internet. Has anyone had the same experience?

On my Eureka Mignon Perfetto Silent, the "+" and "-" indicators have disappeared. They don't come back after being plugged in and unplugged. Is this a known problem?

Do the portafilters of the ECM machines also fit in? Or can you just put them in and let them go and it grinds?

Which housing does this mill have: chrome or aluminium?

Is the adjustable portafilter holder (shown in the pictures) included as standard or does it have to be purchased separately?

Doesn't the Perfetto have a black display bezel (the thing that's in chrome in the picture above)? Also, I don't understand the difference between Specialita and Specialita'. Since they don't have the same number of reviews, I wonder if it's a different product or if there's just inconsistency here. Thank you in advance.
