Do the portafilters of the ECM machines also fit in? Or can you just put them in and let them go and it grinds?
I have the ECM Casa V. The portafilter on this machine fits, which means you can let it go (but I rarely do, because I usually move it a bit to distribute the grind nicely).
Yes - I bought the Mignon Perfetto together with the ECM Mechanika V-Slim at Galaxus. But be careful: the portafilters are scratched by the fork filter holder (part no. 6 in the manual). It is best to cover the forks with some rubber tube.
