Exactly, these are simply the expected (uncertain) delivery stocks, i.e. the worst-case scenario. Now the printer is available again.

The ADF is pretty good (I digitised all my documents with it). It sometimes has problems with thicker or very wrinkled paper. But I am very satisfied.

The 407 cartridges are apparently still brand new. EPSON says they will be available in 1-2 weeks: https://www.epson.ch/products/consumables/ink/wf-4745-series-ink-cartridge-l-black-c13t07u140 I assume they will then also be available at digitec.
