Thank you Mr Frighetto for your reply. Question: Warranty extension is not available to 5 years - only 1 year device protection insurance. Is there a reason why the 5-year warranty cannot be selected in the sales process? Thank you in advance for your valued reply.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the 5-year warranty for printers. You are welcome to purchase the 1-year insurance or contact the manufacturer directly to find out what warranties are offered by Epson.

This is the same Epson printer. It can also be connected and used via USB. I will forward the missing information to the responsible department for revision.

Can the printer be operated with Windows? The description only mentions MAC. On the Epson homepage, the model works with Windows.

Yes, the printer can of course also be operated with Windows, the decisive factor is the manufacturer's specifications and what drivers are available as a download, I assume that the reference to Mac in the Digitec data should indicate that the printer would also work for Mac.
