CH standard means that only one of the two 220 V inputs can be used. The other is sealed. (But it can be removed and should then also work) You can use a Schuko to CH adapter and charge the laptop. It is then simply not earthed. Depending on the laptop, you can also use the USB C.

The smallest possible load is 100W. I've never charged at this power, so I can't answer your question about the fan.

Firstly, the River is empty after 1-2 days due to the standby loss. Secondly, the 12V output is not a charging output, but has a constant voltage. You would have to connect a normal battery charger to the 230V output and then switch the River on and off again from time to time.

This model is the EU version, only one AC plug is open, which must be used with an adapter for three-pin plugs. For Switzerland with three-pin plugs, I recommend the CH version.
