According to the manufacturer, the EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus has a nominal capacity of 1024 Wh. 0.7 kWh is actually a little too little for a Delta 3 Plus. According to my research, the usable capacity after deduction of conversion losses and self-consumption is normally around 800-850 Wh. There may be various reasons why the value is lower: Calibration: The battery management system often has to stabilise first. Charge the device fully once to 100 % and then discharge it completely until it switches off. Settings: Check in the EcoFlow app whether a "discharge limit" (e.g. 10 % or 20 %) is set that artificially limits the capacity. If the value is still only 700 Wh after calibration, there may be a technical defect. In this case, please contact us via the Galaxus Assistant: https://www.galaxus.ch/de....

There are 4 Swiss T13 sockets installed, 3 of which are "sealed" with a socket protector (Galaxus item no. 337554).

Yes, charging with a 200 watt solar panel is possible. The Powerstation supports a solar input of 11-60 V, 15 A and a maximum of 500 W, so that a 200 watt solar panel can be used without any problems. The charging time at maximum solar power is around 3 hours, which is also realistic with a 200 watt panel.

In my case, the sockets were not sealed. All suppliers probably do it a little differently. However, I know from other models that the seal is simply a plastic cover which can be removed, somewhat laboriously. Behind it are the normal, functional plugs. As far as I know, it has 1800W. I can at least run a jigsaw on it without any problems.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you such an offer. As we work with daily prices, I would otherwise recommend that you add the two items to your watch list so that you are informed when they receive a price reduction.

Hello yes it is a bit confusing. I bought from Digitec not long ago. I got an Ecoflow without (sealing). I don't know why this is the case. .> safety aspect... but if there is a seal -> there is a plastic cover -> and this can be removed. Ecoflow has a EURO plug, adapter on it and that's it ... if you earth it ... Otherwise only the 2-pin plug. No three-pole plug because -> the power station is not earthed. It's best to look on youtube. It is well explained there-> is the same for all power stations, so no 3-pin plug on the device.

The PowerStream inverter, the connection cable from the inverter to the Delta and, of course, the solar panels. No forms are included. The declaration of conformity is available on the manufacturer's homepage

Exactly, this power station is an EU version that has been specially adapted for Switzerland. It is equipped exclusively with a two-pin socket outlet. The sealed sockets cannot be opened as this device is only designed to operate a single appliance. Please note that neither extension cables nor multiple sockets may be used.

The warranty claim can be registered with us via the customer account. The processing/handling is carried out by a service centre. There is no real difference for the customer, but it could take a few days longer because the service centre is abroad.
