The only difference is the accessories. The Extra has an extra battery, a Dyson holder instead of just a wall mount and so on, just compare. :-)
The Complete (3rd variant), on the other hand, is supposed to have a Hepa filter.

We cannot promise it. According to the information from our supplier, the release is planned for tomorrow and we hope that the date can be met. Yes, the sales start is on 01.09. and therefore also available from then on.
According to research, the filters still cannot be cleaned in the washing machine, but you have to wash them out by hand. Dire yellow-purple floor nozzle can be washed out, but the other accessories cannot be cleaned with water.
