Question on digitec policy on delivery times / Lieferzeiten - is it just me or is digitec becoming worse and worse on overpromising delivery times and then just moving them back & back. When ordering the DJI Mini Pro 3 (17 May 2022) digitec promised “Heute”. I thought it was ambitious - DJI official website openly states that the drone will be available in “July 2022” ! Then digitec moved delivery time to “Voraussichtlich Heute” on the next day…then 3-5 days…then 6-8…now finally some honesty with “Vorbestellung ohne bestatigten Liefertermin”. Yes I know that it is always “Voraussichtlich” (this is the excuse given by the Helpcenter), but exgüsi, if you already know you cannot (no chance) deliver in the “voraussichtliche” dates - why not be honest with the customers ? The promised deliver time is - next to price - the key decision factor for a customer. digitec was never cheapest - but used to be known & respected for reliable delivery times and good customer service. @digitec - will the Lieferzeiten become more realistic & honest or does the “Voraussichtlich” mean “the specified date or weeks later” ?

Unfortunately, we have to state our delivery dates in the webshop without any guarantee. Especially for those products that are not available from our own central warehouse and/or are shipped directly by suppliers, we are heavily dependent on the information provided by our many national and international suppliers. They have the possibility to update delivery dates independently, so that the information given is always up-to-date without any loss of time.
