The holder can accommodate smartphones with a thickness of 6.5-8.5mm and a length of up to 160mm. Unfortunately, larger devices do not fit in the remote control. The Huawei Mate 8 should therefore just find room.
No, you need a different cable for that, you can find it in the accessories section. You need the cable to USB-C Dji Mavic RC Cable to Micro USB-C
Maybe because dji no longer sells them? I bought the Dji Mavic Pro Platinum Fly More Bundle (12MP, 4K) for CHF 929.00 at Digitec a while ago. If it's too expensive for you, why not buy an occasional item on Facebook Marketplace?
You can set a self-selected maximum flight altitude and maximum range in the app. However, in Switzerland, only flying on sight is generally permitted, and the flight altitude is limited to 150m within a radius of 5km around airports. The app does not enforce these limits, the user has to do that himself.
Hi You can't buy dji care on the dji homepage if you select switzerland as your country. Dji support told me that dji care is not available in switzerland. I don't know if digitec offers anything in this direction. But since you need liability insurance to operate a drone anyway, you can check with your (or another) insurance company to see if and how such damage or loss is covered by homeowner's, theft or "valuable items" insurance. It may be cheaper or better than dji care.
The item will of course be checked first when it is returned. But there is also the possibility here within the return period to receive the item with a refund of the purchase price (after internal inspection).
Have you tried formatting the SD card via the DJI Go app?
You could calculate the height using the flight altitude. this always starts at 0m (ground). The building area can only be calculated using the GPS coordinates which are unfortunately not very accurate (but this is not a DJI but a GPS problem). Unless you have the licence for a military GPS key ;-D). But you can calculate the building area perfectly with GoogleEarth. Greetings
Here is a list from DJI on compatibility with the DJI Go app, unfortunately your phone is not included: https://www.phantomhelp.com/Tips/best-tabletsphones-for-dji-go.18 There are various workarounds (e.g. downgrade to an older Android version), but they vary depending on the phone. It's best to check forums for workarounds.
You can, but you can't make any updates and the map view doesn't work without the internet. The difference to the Mavic Air is 1 times the size, the battery life and most importantly the transmission technology. The Mavic Pro uses the standard Ocusync from Dji, which means a theoretical range in Europe of 4.3 km. The Mavic Air uses a type of wifi for the connection. According to various tests, the range is significantly lower and can break off after 100m in populated areas, but it doesn't have to.
Both are possible, no problem. Dji provides a USB C cable and the mobile phone fits into the remote control.
I am strongly assuming that. At least that's how it should be in my opinion... but it may take a moment for the prices to tumble.
yes, you only have to download the app
No the bundle includes two additional batteries so a total of 3.
Not as long as you can still load them. If they are no longer loadable, then yes.
Yes!!!!!
Yes, a 16GB microSD card is included.
Yes, 3 batteries are included in the scope of delivery.
The Platinum has a new motor control system that extends the flight time by about 3 minutes. In addition, new propellers have been developed that are somewhat quieter, but these can also be purchased later and installed on the Mavic Pro. Countless comparisons can be found on YouTube.
Hello Yes, you need a personal liability insurance that covers at least one million CHF in damages. The insurance company will issue you a certificate, which you should always have with you. Greetings
At about 5000M you can fly maybe 100M above you. The battery also runs down much faster. For charging, I recommend a powerbank, and no, you can't charge it from the car battery.
I also wanted the Spark at first. Then I was able to test the Mavic at a shop. I can fully recommend it to you. The Spark is more of a "selfie drone" although it takes very good pictures. I ended up getting the Mavic Fly more and have not regretted it at all. I flew around the Flüela Pass last week. Simply amazing. Very easy to fly. SIMPLY INGENIOUS.
DJI Care is not available in Switzerland! This is the answer in the DJI Store.
The drone is the same, but the scope of delivery is not the same. The bundle also includes two batteries, a car charger, a carrying case, a charging station and six spare propellers instead of just two.
There are 3 pieces included. (USB-C, Lighting and Micro USB)
Yes, really.
