Due to internal system tuning, the entire DJI Mavic range cannot be ordered for pick-up since last winter. We hope to be able to offer pick-up again in the near future.
If you take the article DJI Mavic 3 (drone single) there is no RC controller included. But if you take the DJI Mavuc 3 Classic with RC controller, then the controller is included. And no, DJI controllers are almost never compatible with each other, otherwise DJI would not be able to sell new HW

Yes, the Classic is the first drone with C1 classification. The sticker with the certification can also be seen in pictures.
