Anything built for 19" can be installed. There is also the option of installing shelves if the units do not fit or no rack-mount kits are available (simply place them on top).
The cabinet has corresponding openings on the floor, but I don't know if feet were included. Especially as this makes no sense IMHO for the size of the cupboard.

Unfortunately this rack is not adjustable so you can not remove the bottom panel.
