digitec connect SIM card for mobile subscription
Mittlerweile gibt es MultiSim! https://www.digitec.ch/de/page/mobile-abo-digitec-connect-neu-mit-multisim-option-17565
For 5G you have to pay extra... "With the 5G option, you can surf the 5G network including all MultiSIM devices for an additional CHF 8 per month.
I received the following answer from Digitec support on this subject: "Sunrise offers a maximum of 300 Mbit/s for upload and 150 Mbit/s for download. However, these are theoretical values and depend on the location, the respective cell load, interference factors, as well as e.g. the building construction. "
Unfortunately, I still can't give you a date for this. Sunrise is still in the pilot phase and is working on network coverage and, together with the most important manufacturers, on the compatibility of the devices with their frequency range.
This function is still being implemented and should probably be implemented at the end of Q1/beginning of Q2, without prior notice.
has legal reasons: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/articles/360007340499
I would also be interested to know how much it costs to call abroad. Where can I find this information?
Digitec said the following about this in May: "As written in the announcement, a solution multiple devices such as smartwatches (and tablets etc.) is expected to be available in the summer. We will also try to be among the first in Europe here, as with eSIM." Source: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/page/digitec-connect-laeuft-jetzt-auch-mit-esim-16365
Yes, you can deactivate these functions. Added value SMS/calls and "adult entertainment".
Hello Stefan. I think you sent the question too early. Can you please try again?
https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/articles/360007271999-Wie-sieht-es-mit-eSIM-WiFi-Calling-VoLTE-und-Mobile-ID-aus- Our network partner Sunrise is working at full speed on the topic of eSIM. As soon as the setting is in place at Sunrise, we will be able to start working on offering the function as well. Unfortunately, this will no longer be the case in 2019. As soon as the eSIM function can be offered, we will make prominent reference to it in our online shop.
If you want to port your existing number, you must indicate this when ordering this subscription. We will then take care of the correct porting. :-)
So there's almost everything that's possible, Twint, Paypal, prepayment, possibly invoice, Bitcoin, Migros, Post, Googlepay....
Ciao Dbr, According to the tariffs (https://connect.digitec.ch/static/documents/connect_Tarife_DE.pdf), Liechtenstein belongs to the EU zone. Ergo not in the flat rate - Liechtenstein would therefore cost you CHF 0.75 per minute.
Basically, the same devices work as with Sunrise, so unfortunately not all of them by a long shot. https://www.sunrise.ch/en/residential/mobile/mobile-network/sunrise-volte.html https://www.sunrise.ch/en/small-business/mobil/technologie/wificalling.html
Yes, Digitec Connect runs via the Sunrise network, but it works very well and reliably. I've had it for a while now and can't complain.
Mobile ID works. I can't tell you about 5G.
There is a charge on the credit card, in the cockpit it is broken down by person and can thus be settled with friends. Only those who have the login for the main account have access to the Cockpit. You have to share your login with your friends so that they can do things on their own, such as book data packages or view bills and current usage.
Hello In our experience, the only thing that helps is a support ticket at digitec. We have had this problem twice. Greetings
I also want to know as I had the same issue (less severe). I've gone back to Sunrise but it looks like the network is not as good as before... Something to do with the acquisition of UPC into Sunrise ?
eSIM is not (yet) supported. It was once said that it might come this year. But I think it depends on Sunrise that they release something like this for smaller providers in their network.
