Hello, I don't know what's wrong. The drone and the FB connect, but only 1x in 20 the rotors turn. The other 19 times it just sits there and does nothing. The connection is there because the light can be turned on and off via the FB. Do you have any ideas? Any advice? Thank you!

No, unfortunately I don't know what you could do about it. But such problems are common with cheaper models, so maybe it's worth buying a mavic mini 2, which works perfectly.
