Hello, I would like to use this to go from one floor to another. As the sockets are on different phases, do I need to use a phase coupler to get the correct flow? Thanks

What is the difference between the Devolo dLAN 1200+ WiFi Multiroom Softbundle and the Devolo dLAN 1200+ WiFi Multiroom Kit that justifies the additional price? The comparison tool does not provide much information on this. Thank you for your support.

Can I also connect my TV box from Swisscom to the Devolo dLAn Kit? Internet works fine but when I connect the TV box I get the message that the signal is too weak...?

From a purely technical point of view, it should work fine. I believe Swisscom also sells this part to its customers. However, depending on the distance and the electrical installation, the speed (Mbit/s) may not be sufficient. The further away the transmitter and receiver are, the less data can be sent. An acquaintance of mine had the same problem and had to rely on a cable solution.

I live in a rather long flat and have problems with the wifi in the back rooms. I have already used TpLink Powerline once, but it has a very low throughput (6 Mbps), but we have a 25 line which we also get from the wifi router. Now for my question, do you think I can get a higher throughput with this? (homeserver) And do the devices generate a unified wifi network in the whole flat or does each device have its own?

We use Devolo in the garage and garden to supplement the normal WLAN. Throughput even over longer distances >200 mbit. Is it probably the power line? WLAN: yes, it makes sense. They all have the same SSID (WLAN name), could be set for each device, but that's a hassle.

Good evening! I live in a very old house with 60 cm stone walls. Yes this device works perfectly and easily. It needs to be connected to your router, and then it will pass the data through the electrical network of your house. Just plug in one of the other sockets in the room where you want to have Wifi and/or Ethernet, the Devolo system will do the rest! Good luck to you
