Hello, I would like to use this to go from one floor to another. As the sockets are on different phases, do I need to use a phase coupler to get the correct flow? Thanks

I had an older model, but it didn't work, as expected, between different phases.
Unfortunately, I never tried to add a phase coupler to it. I finally preferred the standard Ethernet cabling

No, this product is able to use all 3 wires of your wiring!
Moreover it is excellent if you want to make a WiFi relay between 2 floors.
