I live in a rather long flat and have problems with the wifi in the back rooms. I have already used TpLink Powerline once, but it has a very low throughput (6 Mbps), but we have a 25 line which we also get from the wifi router.
Now for my question, do you think I can get a higher throughput with this? (homeserver) And do the devices generate a unified wifi network in the whole flat or does each device have its own?

We use Devolo in the garage and garden to supplement the normal WLAN. Throughput even over longer distances >200 mbit. Is it probably the power line? WLAN: yes, it makes sense. They all have the same SSID (WLAN name), could be set for each device, but that's a hassle.
