Denver Frameo PFF-1010

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable original mains adapter here. One possibility would be a universal power adapter, although I can't see what the plug is from the manufacturer Denver and the next possibility is to order one from the manufacturer itself. If the warranty is valid, you can also send it in.
You should install the video on a memory card and not in the internal memory, I hope I can help you, best regards

Unfortunately, I can't help you any further, because I have given it away and can't follow it up. sorry
I gave it away. Unfortunately no
Here is the answer from our supplier: Yes. You can easily send photos and videos to the frame while it is online. And when you take it offline afterwards, it still displays the photos/videos that were sent to it. They are saved on the internal storage, so you can use it offline as much as you like.
Hello. Have you ever switched off the frame?
Yes, this works perfectly. However, the Frameo must be online.
Because the aspect ratio is not right. That's my guess. The frame has an aspect ratio of 3:2 and the picture probably 4:3 (smartphone or similar).
Unfortunately not. I am also missing this function. Currently you can upload pictures via the product-specific app or via SD card, but I'm not sure about USB.
As long as the images are in JPG format, this is possible, yes.
Have you ever restarted the device? Checked the settings?
It is best to contact our customer service directly with your order number and send us a photo of the problem if possible. https://www.digitec.ch/de/information/contactInformation
Yes, that is possible. According to my information, a microSD card up to 32GB is supported.
Regrettably, no. The current estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks (without guarantee).
