Hello :-) I am quite flabbergasted at the moment... According to the product description, the device should have an internal memory of 8000MB. At the moment I haven't imported any photos yet, but I only have 5.05GB available (0GB of 5.05GB occupied). Actually, I'm expecting just under 8GB. (You don't advertise 8 GB of memory and then need almost 3 GB for the operating system...). Are these 5.05GB normal? (By the way, the quick start guide mentioned in the user manual is also missing...). Is that also 'normal' or was I sold an already used part as new here?) Many thanks in advance for the help :-)

Hello, we have a Denver PFF-1010BLACK MK2. The power supply unit is probably defective. Where can I get such a power supply unit?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable original mains adapter here. One possibility would be a universal power adapter, although I can't see what the plug is from the manufacturer Denver and the next possibility is to order one from the manufacturer itself. If the warranty is valid, you can also send it in.

Hello, I always get the message: post how you like the picture and then I should either click on a smiley or a heart. There is a field with five different smileys. But I don't really want that. I want to label the picture. But unfortunately that's not possible. Does anyone have any idea why it's suddenly no longer possible to label the picture?

Do the images continue to be displayed if the frame is not connected to WiFi for a period of time?

Here is the answer from our supplier: Yes. You can easily send photos and videos to the frame while it is online. And when you take it offline afterwards, it still displays the photos/videos that were sent to it. They are saved on the internal storage, so you can use it offline as much as you like.

Since yesterday, my Frameo no longer wants to start, i.e. it has switched on automatically as set, but it remains on the start screen with the red background and the Frameo logo. I left it like this for a few hours because I thought that maybe an update was running. Unfortunately, nothing happens after several restarts and also not after the reset attempt. Nothing can be found online and there is nothing helpful in the operating instructions. The Android menu that appears after the reset is also not clear how to operate it. Each press of a button only restarts the device, but I would like to boot with "Factory reset". The following options are displayed: ********** Adroid Recovery Any button cycles highlight. Long-press activates. Reboot system now Reboot to bootloader Apply update from ADB Apply update from SD card Wipe data/factory reset Wipe cache partition Mount / system View recovery logs Power off ********** Then it says at the bottom of the screen. ********* E: failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (No such device) E: failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (No such device) Supported API: 3 ********** I have never used an external SD card, not even to make a backup or anything like that, and every time I enter the menu with the "long press", a reboot is performed before I can even select another menu item. If anyone has a solution, I would be very happy. Thank you!

My frame worked wonderfully, but since a few days it only shows "Waiting for licence key". Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything in the instruction manual or online... How can the problem be solved?
