Hello, Can anyone help me? I have a denon dra and dcd f-107 stereo I'm wondering if the AVR-X1700H DAB is compatible with my installation? If not, which one should I choose? Thank you!

I have 2 (or 3) connection problems. Maybe my TV is too old? - Macbook Pro M1 connected with an HDMI cable. That doesn't work at all. Sound and video "come through", but freeze all the time! - A DVD player/VHS combo with Scart and https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/smart-scart-to-hdmi-konverter-analog-digital-video-converter-11886750 Only the sound "comes through" - DAB and FM do not work at all with the aerial supplied (no service). Connected to the wall socket, nothing works either. Works fine: - Phono has a slight hum. - UPC/Sunrise box - tip-top - CD player - tip-top

I only use one connection (at least for the time being): HDMI with a Sony CD/DVD/BD player. Works well. Radio not tried.

Who knows what to do? The device switches off apparently because of overheating, but it worked without problems in high summer temperatures. Now the unit cannot be reset as recommended in various forums, and a factory reset does nothing either. Either it flashes red every 2 seconds or green every 2 seconds after several starts. I have also disconnected all the speakers from the unit, but to no avail. Who knows what to do?

Does this receiver have enough power to drive 4 JBL Studio L 880 LS or is there a risk that the AVR is too weak and the LS could be damaged? The LS have a nominal impedance of 8 ohms and a maximum recommended amplifier power of 200 watts (power handling duration 100 watts, max 400 watts).

The loudspeakers would not be damaged if the amplifiers were too weak, the other way round it is a problem but the loudspeakers do not break down if the amplifier has less power than the loudspeakers can handle. The amplifier also has enough power, it just wouldn't be as loud as if you bought this receiver, for example, which has more power: Onkyo TX-NR6100 (7.2 channel, DAB+, FM)
