The DENON itself has no IR input, but you can do this with a commercially available IR repeater kit. These are available from Marmitek, for example, as Invisible Control 6 XTRA or other manufacturers.

Solved: it was a setting under "external connections" on the TV
The antennas can be rotated, but I would connect the receiver to the network with a LAN cable if possible.
Item no. 12924055 has the DAB+ option which is not the case on product no. 11939644 :)
On the back there is a pre-out subwoofer 1 and 2 output, the amplifier is prepared for the connection of 2 subwoofers, simply connect the active subwoofer with a chinch plug to output 1. Run the calibration programme again and it should actually work :).

The klipsch speakers and subwoofers work perfectly! Regarding your question: yes, normal speakers can also be connected to it.
The receiver cannot do 120 Hz, for that it would have to have HDMI 2.1 interfaces (but it doesn't) and receivers that work with all 120Hz devices won't be on the market until summer 2021.

Without antennas approx. 16cm but consider that you need 5cm of air at the top. The top is completely ventilated by the AVR and therefore needs some space. It gets quite warm.

Yes, AirPlay 2 is supported. Quote from the operating instructions: "This device supports AirPlay 2 and requires iOS 11.4 or higher."
Since I couldn't find any other difference, I got this one and am more than satisfied with the price/performance ratio. Of course, good speakers should be used :). Personally, I would no longer recommend speakers from Denon, although the receiver is a great product.

No, it's an A/V receiver. You can attach a CD player to it, but the AVR-X1600H will not play CDs on its own.
