Where do I plug in the subwoofer? I have red and black, so two clinch plugs.

On the back there is a pre-out subwoofer 1 and 2 output, the amplifier is prepared for the connection of 2 subwoofers, simply connect the active subwoofer with a chinch plug to output 1. Run the calibration programme again and it should actually work :).
