Questions about De'Longhi Dedica

I finally received this coffee machine and was looking forward to testing it. Unfortunately, it has a German mains plug that doesn't fit the Swiss sockets. Can't be, can it? What now?

How big (high) coffee cups fit under this machine?

what diameter of tamper do you need? is there one from De Longhi?

May be equipped with a power adapter...yes. Is it? We have three sockets in the kitchen and you can only plug in 1 appliance with an adapter. So that would be the deciding factor for me. What is the current situation? Ch plug or eu plug?

I bought this machine about 1 month ago and I am having problems with the grind size I have to use. I read on the internet that for manual machines you need a very fine grind. I then tested a fine grind and the machine clogs and nothing comes out... The grind setting on a Coop mill was on "Express". Do you have any advice on what fine grind to use with this machine?

I got this machine today: Is it normal that the portafilter can only be screwed in with a lot of force at the beginning? I have to grasp the whole machine to get to the stop so that it doesn't slip away. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've had the machine for 2 years now and no more coffee comes through. There is overpressure in the portafilter. However, the carrier itself is running smoothly. Does anyone know the problem?
