The first DeLongi Dedica portafilter was already defective when new. Digitec replaced it very quickly. The second one now runs very well and the coffee is great - the coffee grinder from DeLongi had to be replaced twice. It was then replaced with a Graef, which is a very good grinder. Digitec was very quick and uncomplicated with the replacement. Thank you

Good evening,
I mainly use the machine with ground coffee (Lavazza perfetto espresso), it has personally the ideal grind and a perfect taste if you are looking for the taste of Italian espresso (dark roast)
I also have a Solis bean grinder, and the grind is set to espresso (finer is possible, but too fine and the coffee doesn't flow well or at all).

If water comes out without the portafilter, the filter is leaky, i.e. the silver element in the portafilter. It is best to soak it overnight, as it may be because of the coffee grease.
