Questions about Delock USB Sound Adapter 7.1

Should actually work. Check Ricardo, there's a guy selling one for cheap.

So far, compatibility is limited with Mac OS Mountain Lion, Windows Vista and 7. Unfortunately, there are no drivers for El Capitan at Delock either.
