No, this cable has nothing to do with audio transmission. That should work, but why don't you buy a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm cable? They are easily half the price. But that only works if your PC has a 3.5 mm connection, but normally every computer should have one.
It will not work! This cable does not carry the audio signal, but the serial signal on a TTL cable. For what you need to do with it, you're better off with an FM transmitter.
