This is a high speed cable designed for up to 10.2 Gbps. Therefore, only a maximum of 85Hz is possible at 1440p.

If I was able to find out correctly, the Sony SR370 only has one USB and one SCART connection.
If the TV also has a SCART connection, then the connection with SCART will work without any problems. I don't know whether it would also work via USB. Otherwise there are SCART to HDMI converters - but they cost a bit (SCART cable plus HDMI cable and converter).

4K definitely, but I don't have 120hz on my TV. Anyway, I'm happy with the cable.
I haven't tried this myself but I think the Raspberry Pi3 makes no difference as it is an HDMI HS cable and the quality is good. LG
the cable has 2 HDMI, no Ethernet connection. What is probably meant is that an Ethernet connection can be established via the HDMI connections. Since the HDMI interface is much younger, such a connection is probably also faster.
