Does this cable really deliver 4k at 120hz? I'm a bit sceptical because all the other HDMI 2.1 cables, which are 10 metres long alone, cost around 150 francs. Will there be a big loss if I connect another HDMI 2.1 cable to this one or will I keep 4k at 120hz? Thanks for the help

4K definitely, but I don't have 120hz on my TV. Anyway, I'm happy with the cable.
