In all likelihood, the memory card from the Mac Book Pro will not fit into the Delock enclosure, as this was made for mSATA memory cards, while the Mac appears to have PCIe/NVM memory cards installed, see also https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/406705/Will+a+M.2+SSD+work+in+my+MacBook+Pro.
No, that is not possible. On the one hand, you can see from the dimensions that the enclosure is only 0.9 cm thick. On the other hand, this enclosure is intended for M.2 SSDs and not 2.5" HDD/SSDs.
The problem is probably that the Delock enclosure supports M.2 SSDs with SATA protocol, but not those with PCIe, see the specification at (http://www.delock.com/produkte/G_42570/merkmale.html). You can find an explanation of SATA vs. PCIe at https://rog.asus.com/articles/product-news/ssd-guide-pci-express-m-2-msata-and-sata-express-the-differences-explained/. I use the case with the Transcend SSD MTS600 (https://www.transcend-info.com/Products/No-643). It runs perfectly and is very fast.
Should be yes but beware the supplied cable is extremely short and with are longer there are constantly crashes
