The best thing to do is to contact the customer service [1] directly about this problem/question - unfortunately, the community cannot help you here. Interestingly, on Dell's product page (for the en_US model), it looks as if the hand rest is included, while on another supplier's site, the hand rest is missing (for the de_CH model). The keyboard has a normal Enter key. The product images in the online shops usually show the American keyboard layout.

Pictures do not always have to correspond to what the actual offer is. Mostly, a picture is simply taken that fits as well as possible. A keyboard is a keyboard... ***Yes, I know myself that correct pictures would be more helpful than any picture***. Alternatively to the picture you look in the specifications list for the manufacturer number and throw this, supplemented by "Dell", simply Google and see what it is.
