Good day. Why was the keyboard delivered without a palm rest? Doesn't it come with it (see picture)? How can I get one? Thank you very much for your feedback

The best thing to do is to contact the customer service [1] directly about this problem/question - unfortunately, the community cannot help you here.

Interestingly, on Dell's product page (for the en_US model), it looks as if the hand rest is included, while on another supplier's site, the hand rest is missing (for the de_CH model).
