Creality Laser Falcon Engraver-5W
Creality Laser Falcon Engraver-5W
I bought the bonnet with exhaust pipe and valve...
Only the 10W version is currently available in a bundle with a protective cover - unfortunately we do not currently carry this bundle in our range. If the 5W power is not enough for you, you can of course return the product; however, we would deduct a 10% discount from the refund amount for opened goods.
Hello, Perhaps it is because the laser is not calibrated correctly. https://youtu.be/NMaYTpD_ks0?feature=shared

The Creality Laser Falcon Engraver is suitable for cutting thin materials like paper. Given its capabilities for engraving and cutting various materials, including cardboard and paperboard, it should be able to handle white A4 paper effectively. However, the exact performance may depend on the specific settings and paper thickness.

The Creality Falcon Laser Engraver 5W is not ideal for engraving metal or stainless steel as it is mainly designed for materials such as wood, bamboo, rubber, leather, fabric and acrylic. However, it can be used on painted metal surfaces, not on raw aluminium or stainless steel. A more powerful device would be required for engraving metal or stainless steel.

Yes, there is a German manual for the Creality CR-Laser Falcon. You can find these instructions on platforms such as Manuals.plus, which offer comprehensive instructions on how to assemble and use the machine.
Automatically generated from the .I'd like to give as much information as possible. I do wood engraving and vinyl sticker cutting and frankly there's no protection with this model. If you want to use it, I think you'll need a chamber with activated carbon (check the site to see if they make them). After that, all the engraving I do is in a well-ventilated room and always under supervision (I've already had a case of a mini-flame as a result of incorrect use). (I've already had the case of a mini-flame following settings that were too strong on wood) and you should know that the lens gets dirty quite quickly (+- every 10 hours of operation I clean it - glass product on a cotton bud is enough otherwise the laser loses precision) concerning precision it's max 254 dpi +- basic photo quality but long to engrave (yes : speed too fast=less accurate)! To sum up, I have 3 engravers, 2 of 5 watts and 1 of 10 watts. The 10 watt is just as accurate but the beam protection and Mini Ventilo are more effective and the laser maintenance is less tedious. And for the record, I've also tried placing an engraver in a slightly damp room and had a very bad experience - everything oxidises quickly (aluminium marks quickly and so do steel shafts, so be careful). I hope I've helped you.
In 1 year of use, I've never had this problem! Have you got into the habit of cleaning the laser head and the lens in the head?

Yes, you can engrave wood with the Creality Falcon Laser Engraver 5W. The device is suitable for various materials, including wood, such as bamboo, wood shavings and other types of wood. It offers high precision and speed when engraving and can also cut pieces of wood up to 5 mm thick.
Automatically generated from the .Cutting aluminium certainly does not. At least not with this laser. Engraving 'painted/anodised' aluminium yes.

The Creality CR-Laser Falcon 5W is not designed to engrave or cut aluminium, especially if it is a thick plate. Here are some key points to consider: - Supported materials: The Falcon 5W is compatible with materials such as wood, bamboo, rubber, leather, fabric, acrylic, and painted metal surfaces, but is not specifically designed for aluminium. - Engraving depth: The maximum engraving depth of the Falcon 5W is 0-3 mm, and its cutting capacity is up to 5 mm for materials such as lindero wood, but it is not suitable for aluminium. If you need to create serial codes on an aluminium plate, you may have to consider a more powerful laser device or one specifically designed to work with metals. However, the Falcon 5W can be used for engraving on painted metal surfaces, but not on raw aluminium.

The "Creality CR-Laser Falcon Engraver-5W" does not include safety glasses or other accessories in the standard package. However, it is highly recommended to use laser safety goggles when using the device to ensure eye safety. These accessories must be purchased separately.

The Creality Laser Falcon Engraver-5W is a complete unit that includes the laser. It is not an accessory for a laser, but rather a stand-alone unit designed for engraving and cutting various materials such as wood, acrylic and stainless steel.
Automatically generated from the .I am having similar problems. The sample image from the ad card works but I can’t make my laptop control the device. It’s not recognized at all. There is a config file on the SD card which gave me some hope but that didn’t last long. Support seems pretty crap too so I am close to sending it back
This laser runs offline via an SD card
It works great for wood and leather, as well as treated (painted) aluminium if the workpieces are long or tall you can thicken the laser engraver. For other processes I would take the more powerful version.
The unit does not have WiFi. It does not have to be connected to the laptop. The Falcon is simply operated offline using an SD card and can thus be used for smoky work in the open air.
