Question about Creality Laser Falcon Engraver-5W

I bought the bonnet with exhaust pipe and valve...

I used to work with larger laser systems. It was always incomprehensible to our German partners that we worked on test stands without extraction. However, the question here is what kind of ultra-nasty substances are supposed to be produced.
What is absolutely important, however, is eye protection. The laser "chamber" seems to be quite well shielded, but wear glasses anyway.
