What I have noticed on my laptop, connected wirelessly, dongle on USB port of my keyboard, iCue NOT installed, no noise. On my PC, wirelessly connected, dongle directly connected to the motherboard (USB 3.0 if I'm not mistaken), iCue installed, there is noise. I can't get to my PC right now, but try closing the iCue software via the task manager or uninstalling it completely. Good luck :)

Watch the video from Kreativecke. It lists the differences briefly and succinctly. It is also a test video at the same time. So you can get an idea of what the part is like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_t4J-hXZoFo

Is there a good gaming headset with ANC?

These headsets have active noise cancellation, we recommend checking the reviews as it is difficult for us to make a personal recommendation. https://www.digitec.ch/de/search?filter=t_21212%3D583101&q=gaming%20headset&so=7

I am not a digitec representative but i believe there is no such thing here, atleast not the original ones if you want replacement that fits the model, i recommend opening a ticket at help.corsair.com asking them for it, or if you have a limited warranty still active for the product you MIGHT be allegible for replacement of defective merchandise, please keep corsairs warranty policy in mind though: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025379691-How-do-I-get-a-replacement-for-a-defective-product-

Unfortunately I can't help, I use the headset for online training and make the settings directly in Atem Mini Pro ISO. However, there are videos on YouTube that explain the EQ settings in connection with OBS well:)

Hello Jonas Unfortunately, wireless operation only works with the PC, as the USB dongle from Corsair is required. Bluetooth is not integrated, which I also find very unfortunate. You would have to connect your mobile phone with the supplied cable (3.5mm jack).

What you could try is to attach the USB dongle to a USB extension cable and place it next to your PC. This would prevent other devices from interfering with the reception. What is also important with this headset is to keep the iCue software up to date. I've had a few bugs with the reception and problems with the mic. Hope this helps!

Hello, the Virtuoso is about the same weight. I used to have a Logitech , which may not have felt comfortable because of the materials, I always had a feeling it was rubbing.... I can wear the Corsair for hours without noticing anything, but that's probably different for each product...

I am quite satisfied with it. What I don't like is the battery performance. When the headset is put down, it goes into standby. So I have the feeling that I have to charge the thing for every 3 hours of play. A foam for the microphone is also missing and is not available as an accessory.

Good day, The headset has a 3.5 mm jack cable and a stick (USB 3.0 or 3.1). Either the cable can be connected to both (headset and Xbox) or the stick can be plugged in and the headset can be switched to wireless mode. Theoretically, it should also be compatible with XBox or Playstation via one of the ports, but I only use it on the computer. I can also operate the device simultaneously via USB stick on the PC and via cable on the mobile phone (mobile phone Spotify, USB stick PC with Discord) - but I never actually do this and have only tested it briefly for them. I hope this is of some help to you. Kind regards, Shawn
