Questions about Corsair Vengeance Airflow

Hello, If it's the same dimensions or less high, of course you can fix it on the other types of RAM ;) I have this with revenge, it cools well however I still haven't found a way to regulate the fan...it's on full blast and (for me) it's a bit disturbing..even if it's a pretty low sound..
