Hello, the value for money is top. About 1/4 of the price of Thermomix. I can't judge the service performance as I've only had the Mambo Touch appliance for a week. The accessories are very extensive, I washed the plastic parts such as the lid, cooking container, etc. twice in the dishwasher before use so that the plastic odour disappears. Everything works perfectly. Quality is not poor, everything fits together well. As the development is in Spain (you can tell from the recipe selection) and the production is in China, which makes up the massive price difference. If the appliance is used every day, I think it will last 3-4 years. As the heat and steam will wear down the parts over time. I increased the warranty from 2 to 3 years when I bought it, and this can even be increased to a maximum of 5 years. I don't know whether this is worthwhile, because the insurance does not cover the new value, but the current value, which means that every year the appliance has less value and a repair is no longer worthwhile. There is no Cecotec agency in Switzerland for wear and tear or you would have to order spare parts from the German Cecote agency, which is a little more expensive and incurs higher shipping costs. On the other hand, the parts will be cheaper. If you opt for the expensive Thermomix appliance, which is much bulkier, you can probably expect it to last a little longer. But I didn't really want to decide in favour of the luxury appliance until I know whether I really like multi-cooking.

Yes, the steam insert is also included. I'm happy with this thing. The Habana pot with non-stick coating is particularly great.

It's connected to the Internet via WLAN and you can download recipes. The number of recipes is not as large as that of Lidl's Mr. Cuisine, but we have two pans. We're satisfied with the appliance.
