Setting up the driver on the laptop
when you get to the point where you can't set it up wirelessly, you get the message to connect it briefly with a cable, which we did, and then it worked for us🤩
I'd recommend asking the helpdesk in that case. The question-tab isn't mean't for questions about your order.
