Hello Digitec Team, I would be interested to know why the resolution of the scan option is either not specified for the Canon ink tank printers and why this, if specified, is so much lower than for the printers with small ink cartridges?

We cannot answer why the manufacturer produces certain models with low resolution. Regarding the data, I have made a report to the responsible department so that it can be supplemented. This will be processed as soon as possible.
