I Don‘t think there is a way to do that without disassembling it which I would not do for safety reasons (also it is probably a small neon lamp and not a LED). The way I usually do it is either with a black marker (just draw over it), some black duct tape or a combination of both.
Can answer about the 3m one - it is exactly as shown on the picture. I would assume the 2m version be following the pictures as well
This version has a cable length of 1.5 metres. Thank you for the advice.
This is a fuse !!! Like the fuse at home. The red button pops out in the event of a short circuit, for example, and can be moved back in again after it has been rectified.
Unfortunately, this product would be the only one that would meet these requirements: Steffen STEKO 3-fold suspension coupling T13 (3x, T13) Otherwise this would be another possibility, but with 5 outlets: Max Hauri Basic-Line (5x, T13)
Length 265 mm
How is the housing screwed? What type of screw do you have to unscrew to remove the childproof lock?
As it looks, I think it looks like a variety of Tri-Point (Y-Type, Trigram).
Apply some force or go to the gym. Are you trying to connect 3-pin or 2-pin plugs?
No, the plug is normal.
I ordered the power strip for someone else. Unfortunately, I no longer have it at home. But it must have been between 40 and 45 cm long and about 4-5 cm high, just like the others. Unfortunately, I can't give more precise information.
or an L-plug?
Yes, the back is screwed on. I also had to extend my cable. However, I didn't unscrew the rail, I just took an extension cable.
The child protection is the same as with many other sockets. The two holes (except for the earth) are closed with a safety flap if no plug is inserted. This prevents children from inserting anything (e.g. a knitting needle, etc.). So it works perfectly. Quality from Brennenstuhl.
