How do these things hold in the ear? I would somehow be quite worried that they would fly out of my ears all the time (when jogging or driving the MB...)...

Helpful answer

They hold perfectly for me. I use them indoors (spinning bike and cross trainer) and for jogging and I never have the feeling that they can fly out. I use the smallest size and they are perfect for me. I haven't tried swimming yet, but I'm confident that this will be fine.
