Yes, according to the manufacturer, made of flame-retardant material with additional air holes to prevent overheating.
I measure the lid at 22.5x45.5cm and the base at approx. 17.5x40cm, the height is 24.7cm.
The lid holds firmly on the box and the recess also allows a plant placed on it to be watered carelessly without filling the box with water.
You have to lay it down, then it fits. Upright, the box is a little too low for the IB2.
