Questions about B&O Beoplay H9

These are definitely overear, i.e. circumaural headphones. It also says so on the B&O website.

Everything works fine with my H9 and Surface Book... Have you already deleted the headphones from the Surface's Bluetooth list and reconnected them? The first time I connect, only one Bluetooth device is found and then after 2.3 seconds it is determined that it is a headset. I also recommend that you update the H9 via the Bang & Olufsen app. Does it work with your other devices, e.g. your mobile phone?

I partly have trouble with the connection of some devices in general, I also have to switch on the warranty sometimes.

Unfortunately no. However, there should be a carrying bag in the scope of delivery.
