Question about ordering Mitica Top PID Does the Mitica Top PID come with rotary knobs for Vapore and Aqua as shown in the product picture, or with normal toggle switches? I ask because I would like to have the Mitica TOP PID with the rotary heads as shown in the product photo.

In the manual on page 34, the two "knobs" are described as LEVER. Accordingly, they are probably toggle switches for Vapore and Aqua. Unfortunately, I have not found any alternatives. http://img.web.mdsnet.it/bezzera...
