Yes, DP & DVI support 144Hz
Yes, via 100x100 mm vesa mount. May need spacers as the vesa mount in the xl2430 is slightly recessed and the vesa plate of the desk mount can easily be too large (this is the case for me with arctic z2 pro desk mount).

Unfortunately, we have no way of verifying this exactly. However, these monitors were all delivered after October. Accordingly, it should have the newer firmware on it.
Hello Jones,
The "Zowie" is an internal rebrand of the XL2430T. It uses the same panel but with a different product name.
Nothing has changed.
