I have just received the cable. However, contrary to the description, the cable does NOT have a USB-C connector! It looks like Lightning :-(

Is the RGB lighting always active as soon as it is connected to the power supply unit or does it only start to light up when it is also being charged?

The RGB's switch on for approx. 1min, then they switch off again, provided no consumer is connected. However, the quality of the cable leaves a lot to be desired. My first cable had a loose contact after only 3 weeks. Maybe I was just unlucky.

Hello, I ordered a USB-A to USB-C and received a USB-A to Lightning. Of course I returned it - however, I find it an impertinence that the return postage is at my expense when the fault is obviously yours! Are you still going?!

@Digitec the connection on the pictures is clearly Lightning, please clarify whether this cable is Lightning or USB-C and adjust the description or pictures. @Michaka Contact customer support, this should definitely not happen. They'll probably come up with a voucher to help you out.
