Yes, automatic screen rotation on the ZenScreen MB16ACE requires specific software to be installed on your PC. You need to install the DisplayWidget software to enable the auto-rotate feature, and this only works on Windows OS.

Hi is it compatible with iPad Pro?

The ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACE is not compatible with the iPad Pro without the use of additional accessories and with some limitations. - The iPad Pro does not have enough power to power a display like the ZenScreen MB16ACE directly through the USB-C connection, as the iPad's power supply is not sufficient for peripheral devices that require more power. - To use the ZenScreen MB16ACE with an iPad Pro, a powered USB-C hub would be required to provide the necessary power, but even this is not guaranteed to work. - An alternative solution would be to use a Lightning to HDMI adapter and HDMI cable, but this would also require an external power supply for the monitor, as described for other portable monitors.

Hello, due to a special charging cable regulation, only the original accessories are to be used. Other cables will not work due to the USB configuration of the connectors https://www.ebay.de/itm/155732929469?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=707-53477-19255-0&campid=5338624525&customid=a8dac7f120dff113b4af1f6418f0840e&toolid=20006 or https://www.sparepartworld.com/asus/monitor/monitor-mb-serie/zenscreen-mb16ace/ Best regards Wolfram

Not as far as I know. You can also search for it on the net. For Apple devices, iPads, for example, are also very suitable for display expansion (wireless). But I have no experience with Apple myself...

Yes, it works - that's how it's connected in my case. But I would definitely recommend a hub with its own power supply (USB 3, sensible quality) - otherwise it probably won't do it. I get error messages from the driver software from time to time and have had dropouts, but it usually works well enough. Without a power supply at the hub, however, it probably wouldn't have worked.

I don't have a test Playstation available, but I doubt it can be used with the PS4 because it needs a driver. I think it will work with the ASUS Zenbook Go, which has its own battery and a micro-HDMI interface. ASUS ZenScreen GO MB16AHP (15.60", 1920 x 1080 Pixels)
