Normally, "OC" stands for overclocking. Therefore, I would say that this graphics card is not suitable for overclocking, but you can still try it, which is not recommended.

No. If the delivery / stock status is "unknown", this means that the device will not be available for a longer period of time. This can be a few weeks up to several months. (or not at all!) I recommend you to look for another product.
