It will be difficult to use up the 360hz for games with higher requirements. I've had the monitor for about a year and would tend to go for a top 240hz model today.
I couldn't answer that, but I have found a relatively good alternative, with 240Hz refresh rate, there is this model from Dell, it is also about the same size, 24.5 inches, and it would certainly be a good choice price-wise:
Dell S2522HG (24.50 ", 1920 x 1080 Pixels)
No one will be able to tell you anything about possible actions in the future (wouldn't make much sense for Digitec either, after all they want to earn money).
Thank you very much for your comment. We will gladly forward this internally to the responsible department and hope that this will be checked promptly.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Your request can then be examined individually.
