It has both an HDMI v1.4 connection and an HDMI v2.0 connection. In addition, of course, DisplayPort 1.2 (according to the manufacturer https://rog.asus.com/ch-de/monitors/23-to-24-5-inches/rog-strix-xg258q-model/spec).
Beide 1ms grey-to-grey.
I never had the problem you describe with this screen. Maybe try a different DP cable? Really no idea what the problem could be
Some games can't do 120 FPS. E.g. Fortnite and others. I don't know how to fix that. But I also don't know if you should buy the 240hz monitor for 120fps if that was your intention.
Probably a Schuko plug was supplied. Unfortunately, I don't know what Digitec does in such a case - it's best to call or write to customer service and ask what can be done.
No.
Jap.
Tried everything? Also with NVIDIA or also with Windows tried from 144 to 240?
no
This one has freesync, the other G-snc. I also bought one with an nvidia graphics card. Is top 👌
The monitor is super compatible.

Thank you very much for pointing this out. A correction request has been sent.
The monitors are quite similar. Just google "XG248Q vs XG258Q". I know the 248Q has a thicker bezel and a supposedly worse contract. I own the XG258Q and am very happy with it. Use it mainly for CS:GO (3000 hours). I chose the monitor because it is a cheaper alternative to the Benq XL2546.
The discount is active until the discounted quantity has been sold.
I think it's awesome. There's always better, but price and performance are ideal.
Yes, the VESA wall mount type would be 100 x 100 mm
In this monitor with a Nvidia card you cannot use freesync, but you can use everything else. And with a 240hz refresh rate monitor you probably don't need the freesync or anything else. And yes it is possible to have 240hz without any other options enabled via Display Port. Please note that ELMB does not work at 240hz only at 144hz. It's a very good screen at very low price, get it!
has been solved =). For someone with the same problem: 1. use display port 2. in Windows menu under display settings 3. select adapter 4. select heart rate 5. et voila, have fun :D
Yes
There are a few, e.g. contrast, sync mode for gaming, integrated speakers ... The easiest way is to add both to the comparison list using the 'compare' button and look at them like this....
