Hello Digitec.....have ordered and received the monitor...unfortunately the power connector is not compatible...ie I can't plug it in^^ why is a foreign power cable being used here.....what is this?? can I get a replacement???

Probably a Schuko plug was supplied. Unfortunately, I don't know what Digitec does in such a case - it's best to call or write to customer service and ask what can be done.
