Unfortunately, we and all other suppliers have not received any. Nvidia itself has already announced before the start of sales that there will not be enough to fulfil all requests.

Yes, there is a BIOS update for the ROG ASTRAL RTX 5080 on the ASUS website that increases the power consumption to 450W. This update raises the power limit by 50 W compared to the standard value and thus enables potentially higher clock rates and better performance in demanding applications.

So I wouldn't take a 5090 just because of the fire factor. A 5080 is sufficient for 4K gaming at the highest settings and also in VR at 120-240Hz. If you want more, the only option is a 5090 with a high fire risk. I haven't been able to fill up the 16GB in any game so far.
Under full load, you can hear a quiet coil beeping. Nothing that bothers me personally. My computer is airflow optimized, so it's not a silent build and it's a bit louder anyway. The other fans therefore drown out the coil whirring in my case. And if you have a silent build, I think the case suppresses the already quiet coil whirring even more.
Depends on the application, but to put it simply, anything between 2.5 and 3.2 GHz is possible

Asus has uploaded a bios update for the problem, which should minimise the standard fan curve.

Mine was very quiet out of the box, but this was probably due to 3rd party software (NZXT CAM).
I personally haven't done the bios update, but it should help you with your problem :).

No, everything is fine with me, card also bought on Friday and in operation since yesterday. Maybe check the PCie Gen in the bios to see if it is correctly connected to X16?

Digitec itself says the following:

Digitec has mentioned in an article that unfortunately there will probably be no stock updates for 50 series cards for the time being.
